Wyatt is now 12 years old!!! Where has the time gone?

Wyatt - day 1 - My 1st born son...We are so happy, so proud and so ready to discover who you are going to be and to see what amazing things you are going to do with your life.
Wyatt ~ 3 months old ~ I think that grin says a lot about the happy baby you were :)
Wyatt's 1st roping ~ watching his Papa Eddie Lynn Whelan rope up in Three Rivers, CA
My handsome little man ~ You became famous with this picture Wyatt...it was hanging up in the photo studio at Wal-Mart for months and months...everyone would say to me..."Hey I saw Wyatt's cowboy picture hanging at the store."
These ears of yours have been a topic of conservation for many many years. You started doing this when you were a baby. You would comfort your self by playing with your ears and then one day you tucked your ear in and you continued to do it over the years. You still do it to this day...at 12 years old :) I love it!!
Wyatt loving the outdoors, racing cars, watching Dukes of Hazzard (note the 01 drawn on his car)
Jumping his bike...take note of the ramp he made in our driveway out a piece of one of my shelves and one of Jimmy's old creepers that lost a wheel or something. What an imagination...look at that face...priceless
Wyatt got his motorcycle for Christmas...thumbs up!
Fishing with daddy
Jumping the infamous quad...Wyatt you were born to ride that's for sure :)
Just being a boy...playing outside, climbing trees, building forts or teepee's. Gettin dirty and lovin every minute of it!
Beat your brother and your friends at a game of miniature golf...good times :)
Wyatt we signed you up to play soccer at the age of 3 and you were not very happy. You wanted to play but you did not want to be out on the field without me so for a few games I had to walk around out there with you. As the years have gone on you have gained your confidence and now you love being out on the soccer field (without your mama) and you are an awesome player. This year in the 6th grade you tried our for and made the soccer team at Wilson Middle School!!
You also tried your hand at basketball and you love this game too.
Here you are playing baseball. They tried you out in many different positions and you ended up playing 1st base. You are very good at sports and really excel in what you enjoy doing.
Daddy showed you a few things and then turned you lose to do some work on the engine in the blazer.
Life changing moment...you made the decision in 2010 to be baptized to show the world that you have asked and accepted Jesus Christ into your heart. You amaze us everyday Wyatt. You are still somewhat shy but you did not hesitate one instance to get up in front of a crowd of people and talk on a microphone to tell them all about your testimony and why you asked Jesus into your heart and why you wanted to be baptized. God is so good!!
You love to ride quads and jump quads and race quads, etc, etc....
and you are learning to ride horses and will soon learn to rope. Here in this picture you are riding Rock one of the horses Gaga and Papa got for all of you kids for Christmas 2010.
Another thing you love to do and you are learning to do is...guns. Here in this picture is when you went camping with Daddy, Caden and Robert Pennington. Quite an interesting young man you are becoming Wyatt :)
Riding the roller coaster with Daddy and Caden at CA Adventure in 2011. You are not crazy about all the rides but you did love this roller coaster. Good times.
Here you are Wyatt just months before your 12th birthday...as I look at this picture I just cannot believe how fast the time has flown by but I have enjoyed EVERY MINUTE of it!!! You are quite a young man and I am so proud of you. I look forward to all the adventures that life holds for us. Continue to be who you are, continue to love God and turn to Him for direction, continue to live life, don't be afraid to try new things, live life to the fullest, God had many great things ahead for you Wyatt!! I love you so much!!!
